Homogenizers

Purpose:

  • Grinding and homogenisation of liquid products which have a tendency to create suspensions;
  • Creating a stable emulsion by breaking down the fluid under high pressure fat particles.

Processed products:

milk and milk drinks, cream, vegetable and fruit juices, mayonnaise, ice cream mix, ketchups, food oil.

Homogenizers can work alone or with plate and tube pasteurisers, create lines pasteurizing and-homogenizing lines.

Homogenizers can work alone or with plate and tubular pasteurizers, creating pasteurization-homogenizing lines.
